The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to close the illegal illegal liquor shop with attached bar near Kollidam River, Mangammalpuram, Anbil, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026 within a time frame. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 would submit that the respondents 1, 3 and 4 will 2/4

consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026 within a time frame.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents 1, 3 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
