ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty and also for petitioner's marriage to be held on 24.08.2018 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2018 at Village Ayyanar Kovil Mandapam, Thaniyamangalam. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 06.07.2018 before the second respondent, seeking protection from her mother, for her marriage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that an enquiry was conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner has appeared and made a statement that no further action to be taken on her complaint. Taking note of the statement, the petitioner's complaint has been closed. 4.In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
