ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3060 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2526 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025.
2. Mr.S.Lawrence Vimal Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the 1/3
condition without any violation.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3060 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).
