O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 13.11.2014 preferred by the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 13.11.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is not already disposed of.
