ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 336, 323, 324 IPC and 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.225 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Taking note of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The petitioner shall notify the defacto complainant with regard to the exact date of surrender through registered post. This communication shall be sent at-least one week in advance before the date of surrender.
Service of such notice will be taken as service on the de facto complainant for the purpose of statute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
4.On such surrender by the petitioner and his application for regular bail, the learned Jurisdictional Special Court is directed to consider the bail application and dispose of the same on the same day.
5.With these observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
