Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2015 as per circular No. 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent and further direct them to annul the document No.1483/2009 dated 13.04.2009 which was executed by the 4th respondent in favour of the 5th respondent at the third respondent office. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. On notice, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner, on merits.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents 1 to

3 are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.01.2015, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
