O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to conduct survey of the lands at Survey Nos.111/3A, 111/3B and 111/3C, totally measuring 1.5.50 ares situated at Sempar Village, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. The petitioner had also paid necessary charges through E-Challan on 06.03.2023. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the patta stands in the name of the first petitioner and also in the name of the second and third petitioners, who are the sons of paternal uncle of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the respondents to issue notice to the petitioners and examine the documents of the 2/4

petitioners and proceed to conduct survey in the aforementioned lands. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
