ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3306 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.1934 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20500 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024.

2. Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he 1/3

prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 16 days.

4. In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3306 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1934 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20500 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024 is hereby fully relaxed.
