ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C r/w Section 3 (1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.264 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge (SC & ST Act), Trichy within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding their date of surrender, when they shall apply for regular bail.

4. The Special Court concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' bail application on the same day of surrender.
