This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against one Rajendran in respect of sexual harassment on 25.03.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that initially the second respondent received the complaint from the petitioner and the same was forwarded to the All Women Police Station, Illuppur and now, the same is pending for enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the first respondent to direct the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Illuppur to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2025 and act in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 2/4
5. With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
