RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.8598 of 2018 dated 23/05/2018 by deleting the condition of surrender the passport before the court concerned and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8598 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018 by deleting the condition of surrendering the passport before the court concerned.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner's passport had already been seized by the police and that

it is not in her custody. Therefore, the petitioner will not be in position to surrender her passport before the Court concerned. 3.Recording the said submission of the petitioner, the condition to surrender the passport alone stands deleted.
