Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in R.C.No.A4/46503/2014, dated 18.11.2014 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service. The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in R.C.No.A4/46503/2014, dated 18.11.2014 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.
2. Mr.D.Murugananthanm, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the enquiry shall be completed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the impugned suspension order dated 18.11.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
