ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 16.09.2020, directed the trial Court to dispose the case in S.C.No.90 of 2008, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Now, vide letter dated 28.10.2020, a request has been made by the Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur, seeking extension of four months time, stating that due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the request made, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 16.09.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9692 of 2020, is extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
