ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arun Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional pubic Prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.7152 of 2022 dated 19.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are not able to mobilise the fund and they could not execute the said order, within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of one week, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
