This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.01.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a compliant against the third respondent before the second respondent on 09.01.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent for money dispute and the same was enquired and closed as money dispute. Once again, the petitioner for the same set of allegations, sent a representation, dated 09.01.2025. The petitioner's representation is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of 15 days. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation against the third respondent before the second respondent and the same has not been considered. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the same is under enquiry. 6.Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.01.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
