Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SHANMUGANATHAN. VR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5224 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5814 of 2022 on 26.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6363 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5224 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5814 of 2022 on 26.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
