ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 05.05.2018 given by the petitioner and take necessary action against the proposed accused persons.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 05.05.2018 before the second respondent against the proposed accused namely Jothi, the wife of the petitioner and her brother, one Mahalingam. Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.106 of 2018 on 22.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) of IPC and produced a copy of the First Information Report before this Court.
