ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused (Rank Not Known), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) & 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioners. Petition enquiry is undertaken based upon the complaint given by one Subramanian and counter complaint has also been given against the above said Subramanian. Both complaints were enquired and on the basis of the undertaking given by both the parties, it were closed on 15.06.2022. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
