The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions stating that judgment has been passed in the main suit and hence, these civil revision petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
