Respondents (4th respondent has been impleaded as per the order of this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 vide order dated 01.03.2016) Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner herein as Headmistress in the 3rd respondent school as per the proceeding dated 20.09.2013 within a time stipulated by this Court. For petitioner : No Appearance.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner herein as Headmistress in the 3rd respondent school as per the proceeding dated 20.09.2013.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Panneerselvam, learned counsel for the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent/impleaded respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the main writ petition itself is only for seeking approval of the appointment of the post of the Headmistress. On the objection made by the 4th respondent, the appellate authority cancelled the approval and therefore, final order has been passed on the approval order on 17.06.2015. Challenging the said order, the very same petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.No.19657 of 2015 before the Principal Bench of this Court and the same is pending. Therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the 4th respondent to the effect that the writ petition has become infructuous, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter in the pending writ petition in W.P.No.19657 of 2015 before the Principal Bench of this Court. No costs.
