Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioners in accordance with the Clause 11(3) of the Settlement entered under section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act dated 22/01/2011 with an increase at the rate of 9% from the year 2005 and increase at the rate of 12% from the year 2007 along with pay revision for the year 2010 and Dearness Allowance within the time period.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 12.12.2019, made in W.P.(MD) No.5492 of 2018.

Cont.P.(MD) No.829 of 2020 respondent submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the Proceedings in foj vz; .3092/,/2018-6, dated 26.07.2021.
3. The aforesaid proceedings is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
