ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a petition in Cr.M.P.No.1335 of 2021 has been filed seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram District.

2. The petitioner has not mentioned about the pendency of Cr.M.P.No.1335 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram District. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
