PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey, demarcate and determine the boundary of his property to the extent of 68 cents vide join Patta No.7129 situated in S.No.1405/3A1B Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's application dated 29.11.2021 and 01.04.2022 and consequently directing the third respondent to give a police protection at the time of survey the above said property within a specific period as fixed by this Court.
