ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime.No. 285 of 2010 pending before second respondent Police to CBI.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not residing in the address mentioned in the petition and the respondent police also issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry, on 11.04.2022, 16.04.2022 and 28.04.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner has not turned up for enquiry. Hence, the complaint was closed on 11.05.2022.
3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
