Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 has produced the communication dated 27.03.2023, passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Tenkasi, in Na.Ka.No.1128/2023/Aa1, which indicates that process has been set in motion and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner.
