ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.474 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.474 of 2018 and harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the a case has been already registered on 09.07.2018 by the second respondent and the allegation of harassment is not correct and the same is denied.

4.In the light of the above submissions of both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum, under the provisions of law.
