Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.252 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused No.1 and 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 294(b), 341 and 324 of IPC, in Crime No.252 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the aforesaid offences are bailable.
