O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025 and to conduct an enquiry and take necessary action against the private respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 4 to 6 are threatening the petitioner and locked the house of the petitioner alleging that the father-in-law of the petitioner obtained money to arrange job for the fourth respondent and his friends. Already based on the complaint lodged by the victims, the father-in-law of the petitioner appeared before the Crime Branch Police Station, Thanjavur and the same is pending. Therefore, the private respondents are indulging in criminal activities by threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 27.03.2025, to the 1 to 3 respondents but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition. Page No. 2 of 5
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there are so many complaints lodged by the victims as against the petitioner's father-in-law for job racketeering and the same are under enquiry with the Thanjavur District Crime Branch Police. While so, the petitioner lodged the complaint on 27.03.2025 for the occurrence took place on 19.03.2025 and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within 15 days.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the third respondent admitted the pending of the representation dated 27.03.2025, it is for the third respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action. In view of the same, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 and dispose of the same after affording opportunity to both the parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order in accordance with law.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
