ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.312 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.312 of 2018 has been completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. He further submitted that while filing the final report, the petitioner's name was deleted from the final report and report also submitted before the concerned Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
