ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12337 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.265 of 2023.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 28.06.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet: yes / No trp 2/4
