These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure To Withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.Nos.33 and 91 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Mudukulatur and transfer the same to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Viruthunagar.

ORDER : These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petitions are coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26.11.2020 of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Viruthunagar. in Letter in D.No.488/2021 dated 07/07/2021 seeking six months time to dispose the case, this court made the following order.

By order dated 26.11.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.Nos.33 and 91 of 2019, within a period of six months.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.445 dated 07.07.2021 wherein, the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 26.11.2020.
