Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MEENAKUMARI S.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.7633/2022, 06.05.2022. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.7633 of 2022, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed the present petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court sofar.

CRL MP(MD) No.6337 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the petitioners have not complied with the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
