This petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from constructing Anganwadi building in S.F.No. 918/9 of Muttakampatti, Kalugur Village, Karur District in front of the petitioner's land.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are intending to construct an Anganwadi builing in front of the petitioner's land.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.05.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A1/3977/2023, issued by the first respondent stating that an Anganwadi building has been constructed at Naganoor Panchayat, Thogaimalai Panchayat Uniont and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
