2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court would direct the court below to dispose of C.M.A.No. 1 of 2015 on the file of the District Court, Sivagangai as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than 30.06.2016.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
