The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in S.O.P.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, seek a direction to the court below to dispose of the said Succession Original Petition within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The Succession Original Petition in S.O.P.No. 6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, has been moved by the revision petitioners/plaintiffs in January 2014. It is brought to notice that the deceased held shares in the respondent company. Pursuant to order of substituted service, publication has been effected as early as on 13.06.2014 in Delhi edition of the Hindu. The first petitioner is aged about 96 years.

4. In the stated circumstances, this Court would direct the court below to dispose of S.O.P.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
