The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to direct the respondent to dispose of his review petition, dated 24.12.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the review petition filed by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent on 23.06.2021 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
