ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to give police protection for him.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a tenant and land-lord dispute between him and the fourth respondent and suits are also pending. Due to the civil dispute, the fourth respondent caused disturbance to him. Therefore, the petitioner preferred a representation before the third respondent, however, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.Even according to the petitioner, there are two suits pending between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the civil Court. In any event, if anybody has breached law and created any problem, it is always open to the petitioner to file a complaint with necessary materials.
