This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Kannan on 09.03.2025 for misappropriation of funds more than Rs.90,00,00/-, but the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of 15 days.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.03.2025, it is for the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2/4

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
