ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 379 (NP) IPC in Crime No.1371 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that there is a civil transaction between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and the defacto complainant has borrowed a sum of Rs.12.00 lakhs. He produced a copy of the cheque issued by the defacto complainant.

4.The occurrence in question appears to have took place in these background. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, Madurai District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
