The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14301 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022 has been complied with and the proceedings of the first respondent / Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli in e.f.vz;.666/m4/2023, dated 01.10.2024 is also furnished / submitted before this Court. Since the statutory notice was issued by this Court on 20.09.2024, the respondents are also present before this Court their appearance is dispensed with.
