ORDER

The defendants in O.S.No.254 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur are the revision petitioners herein. It is a suit for bare injunction in respect of a cart track. The trial Court dismissed I.A.No.463 of 2014 filed by the plaintiffs. Questioning the same, C.M.A.No.1 of 2015 was filed and the lower Appellate Court allowed the same.

2. Challenging the same, the defendants filed the Civil Revision Petition and this Court had suspended the operation of the injunction in favour of the plaintiffs. This order has been in force for the last several months.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the view that without going to the merits of the matter, the suit itself can be directed to be disposed of. Accordingly, O.S.No.254 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur, is directed to be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
