This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.63 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Vijayaraman is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by J.Sridharan, SSI of Police (500) attached to Ponnamaravathi Police Station, Pudukottai District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9198 of 2021 purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. It shall form part of this order. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
