3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned Principal District Judge (PCR Court), Pudukkottai District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular bail.
