Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to order for an impartial enquiry and to take necessary action with regard to registration of false cases by various police stations in Trichy District against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and others on the basis of his representation dated 24.04.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The grievance of the petitioner appears to be qua the alleged false cases foisted by the police person continuously. Accordingly, the petitioner gave a representation to the third respondent. As the said representation dated 24.04.2015 has not been disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. 4.Consideration the said submission and taking note of the above said fact, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2015 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
