O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to transfer of D.V.C.No.65 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Trichy, along with H.M.O.P.No.562 of 2019, 1/4

H.M.O.P.No.579 of 2019 and M.C.No.48 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has moved this petition seeking to transfer the case making certain allegations against the Presiding Officer. It is also submitted that the said judicial officer was terminated from services after conclusion of disciplinary charges. Since the Presiding Officer against whom the petitioner has raised allegations is no more holding the Court, the cause of action does not survive to continue this petition.

3. Considering the circumstances, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.65 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible not later than eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
