ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner's husband viz.,K.Sekar (convict No.87330), as sought for by the petitioner on 01.04.2015.

2. It is represented by Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been rejected by the respondents vide Office Memo No.4478/R4/2015, dated 09.04.2015.

3. Since the prayer has already been rejected by the respondents on 9.4.2015, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
