2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the entire award amount has been deposited in respect of all the Execution Petitions and in similar matters in C.R.P(MD)Nos.441 to 444 of 2014, this Court by order dated 10.06.2015, permitted the land owners to withdraw the entire award amount.

3. These Civil Revision Petitions are also disposed of on the same terms which reads as follows:- "The Executing Court is directed to permit the concerned respondents, who are the petitioners in the respective petitions, to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the petitioner subject to the condition that the withdrawal would be subject to the order to be passed in the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner."

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
