Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent herein to issue free house site patta to the petitioner in respect of property comprised in S.No.302/2, Putthanatham Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 16.3.2015 and 19.3.2015.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, praying to direct the 3rd Respondent herein to issue free house site patta to the petitioner in respect of property comprised in S.No.302/2, Putthanatham Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 16.3.2015 and 19.3.2015.

2. Mr.S.Bharathi learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.3.2015 and 19.3.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
