ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent before the second respondent, the said complaint was referred before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram, since the entire allegations are with regard to the property and the enquiry is pending and the petitioner and the third respondent are issued summons and they are attending the enquiry.
