The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to quash the impugned order, dated 12.01.2017, passed by the first respondent and to direct the respondents to reinstate her into service. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to give a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.11302 of 2021 representation to the respondents for revoking the order of suspension and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the fresh representation. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
